I am slowly getting the feeling that Comcast is considering their small children audience as stupid. I am a subscriber to Comcast Cable TV and Slowspeed Highspeed Internet. I did actually subscribe to digital cable including HBO and Starz. I really like the on Demand stuff as it allows me to watch movies when I am ready (on demand, right). I always find a good show and the program updates frequently. HOWEVER, if you are using on Demand to entertain your children the story is completely different. On Demand shows for Children are not updated at all. Someone at Comcast must think that kids are retarded – otherwise I could not explain why they recycle always the same shows. My son loves to watch Bob the Builder, Thomas the Train, Fireman Sam and whatever the other shows are called. They are great shows for kids of his age (3), except for that he is getting bored because Comcast recycles maybe 8 or 10 shows for EACH of these programs. For 6 weeks you get one set of shows and then a few different ones get in. Just to be replaced after 6 weeks with the same shows that they replaced.

Does Comcast consider children of paying customers stupid and retarded? Does Comcast think kids don’t realize that these shows are rotated through all the time? Any adult would have already canceled Comcast’s service if that would happen to him with normal TV shows targeted at adults. I like the on Demand children shows because of no advertisements and I can control them at all times, but this is becoming a major joke. I find newer shows on Youtube all the time. I get cheap DVDs thru eBay.

Come on Comcast, do you want us to consider to cancel your service and switch to Satellite? I can also subscribe to Netflix and switch to basic cable all together. Is that’s what you want me to do, Comcast? I am paying a total of $150 - $175 per month for Comcast Cable and Internet, but I am slowly getting tired of being milked by them ….

My Comcast Internet is also becoming really slow in the evenings. Quest is offering fiber highspeed Internet for $36.99 in my area. 12 mbps speed … hm, ….
