A large list of extension lists provides keywords that help you to build larger keyword lists. The result will be less competition and therefore lower bid prices. I have not counted, but I think the number of possible extension lists comes close to 200 (?) or so.

Anyway - my initial impression makes me feel very excited. I do have a couple of PPC projects I am working on and that is now a cool tool to extend my existing campaigns.
