Well-known blogger John Chow got a hold of an additional full conference pass for Affiliate Summit West. The event happens next month in “Sin City” Las Vegas. He is holding a contest now to give to that full conference pass to a reader of his blog. This is not the first give-away John is having, but it is one of the bigger prices up to date he is handing out. What does a reader need to do to win? The rules are simple - write about the give-away and send John the link to the blog post. At the end of this month he will have a drawing for the price.

So, I would be interested in getting that free pass to Affiliate Summit West. Why? Well, if you are a reader of my blog you know that I am on the roll to get more independent from Google Adsense and that I really like to get a foot into the door when it comes to affiliate marketing. The occasional affiliate sale I am getting commission for just does not cut it and so my efforts are much more in this area to learn and to experiment. My Adsense income allows me to lose money if necessary, but at least I am getting my feed wet. However, what a cool jumpstart it would be to go out to Vegas, meet some of the super affiliates and learn from the Pros in the different sessions during the event?! That would be awesome and really help me to get this affiliate marketing thing going much faster. You probably guessed it already - I am going to use this blog posting as my entry card to John Chow’s competition. The one thing you can be sure of is - if I should win you would find all the details and anything I would learn here on this blog. That would be another cool thing because it helps to add more value to this blog.
